Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- System Optimization: Analyze system bottlenecks and implement high-performance code to enhance application speed and reliability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct code reviews to ensure best practices are followed.
- Tech Leadership: Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical roadmap and architectural decisions.
- Testing & Deployment: Implement automated testing pipelines and CI/CD workflows to ensure seamless deployment processes.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on backend or full-stack development.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Technologies: Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go, along with experience in cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
- Databases: Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Relocation: Must be willing to relocate to Las Vegas, NV, with assistance provided for the move.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude.
