Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions that ensure system stability and scalability.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers to define feature requirements and user stories.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues in production environments.
- Participate in agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) to drive team efficiency.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Ensure code quality, security, and adherence to company coding standards.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (React/Vue) and Backend languages (Python/Java/Node.js).
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Demonstrated ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to relocate to Georgia with a valid work authorization.
