Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Lead architecture discussions and design reviews to ensure technical best practices and scalability.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to define feature requirements and deliverables.
- Mentor junior developers and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Optimize application performance, database queries, and system architecture to ensure high availability and low latency.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks and implement robust error handling and logging strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on backend or full-stack engineering.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (SQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
