Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and secure software systems using modern technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices and design patterns.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver feature-rich applications.
- Optimization: Analyze application bottlenecks and implement performance improvements to ensure optimal user experience.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
- Testing: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure software reliability and stability.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Languages: Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++ with strong experience in at least one.
- Cloud Knowledge: Solid understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Database: Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on software engineering principles.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
