Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable software solutions using modern technologies and best practices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; participate in rigorous code reviews and technical discussions.
- Problem Solving: Identify complex technical challenges and implement efficient algorithms and data structures to solve them.
- Testing & Deployment: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests and ensure smooth CI/CD pipelines for production releases.
- Optimization: Continuously monitor application performance and optimize code for speed and scalability.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React or Node.js, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Relocation: Willingness to relocate to Colorado Springs and assist with the relocation process.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
- Daily Pay: Ability to work with financial platforms that facilitate daily payouts (preferred).
