Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable software solutions using modern frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, and QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure code quality, performance, and security standards are met.
- Mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative code culture.
- Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a full-stack environment.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, or Node.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure and containerization tools like Docker.
- Deep understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
