Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance web applications using modern frameworks like React and Node.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, and engineering) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to best practices.
- Participate in rigorous code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster team growth.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize system performance for scalability.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and integrate emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (React, Vue, or Angular) and backend languages (Python, Java, or Go).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote/hybrid setting.
