Responsibilities
- Develop & Maintain Code: Write clean, efficient, and scalable code for web and mobile applications using modern languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript).
- System Architecture: Design and implement software architecture that is robust, secure, and easily maintainable.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams of designers, product managers, and other engineers to define feature requirements and technical solutions.
- Debug & Optimize: Identify and resolve software defects, performance bottlenecks, and technical issues efficiently.
- Testing: Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including API specs and architecture diagrams.
- Deployment: Participate in the CI/CD pipeline to deploy updates and monitor application performance.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: Proven experience in software development, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in at least one major programming language (JavaScript, Python, Java, C#) and familiarity with web frameworks (React, Angular, Node.js).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Self-Motivation: High level of self-discipline and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Tools: Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
