Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable software solutions using modern languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high standards.
- Optimize application performance and ensure system reliability through rigorous testing.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and propose improvements to existing architectures.
Qualifications
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript (React/Angular/Vue preferred).
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Familiarity with database technologies (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
