Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, high-performance software solutions for enterprise clients.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into robust technical implementations.
- Maintain and optimize existing codebases, ensuring security and scalability.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Drive technical decision-making and contribute to architectural roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Software Engineering with a focus on backend or full-stack development.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Go.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated ability to obtain a work authorization in the United States.
- Willingness to relocate to Austin, Texas with our relocation assistance package.
