Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices using Java, Python, and Go
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization and DevOps practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps
- Conduct code reviews and enforce technical standards
- Drive performance optimization and security enhancements
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and knowledge sharing
- Research emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions
- Document architecture decisions and system specifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong proficiency in at least two programming languages (Java, Python, or C#)
- Experience with agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Proven track record of delivering production-grade systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and system design capabilities
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
