Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with a focus on software craftsmanship.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the technical architecture of our products.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues to ensure system stability.
- Optimize application performance and ensure data security best practices are followed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and database management.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and a desire to mentor junior team members.
