Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using Java, Python, and Go.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of developers, QA, and product managers to deliver features that exceed customer expectations.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including code reviews, testing, and deployment.
- Contribute to open source communities and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of knowledge sharing.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize system performance for high availability.
- Document technical specifications and architecture designs to ensure clarity and maintainability.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on backend services.
- Proficiency in object-oriented programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or OpenShift) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of software design patterns, algorithms, and data structures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
