Responsibilities
- Architect and develop cloud-native microservices using Go and Python
- Optimize distributed systems for 99.99% uptime across AWS/GCP
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and design reviews
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Lead technical investigations of production incidents
- Contribute to open-source projects used by 50k+ developers
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in production-level software development
- Expertise in Go/Python with strong understanding of concurrency
- Proven track record designing RESTful APIs and event-driven systems
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system architecture projects
- Strong communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts
