Responsibilities
- Architect and develop cloud-native microservices using Java/Spring Boot
- Optimize distributed systems for 99.99% uptime and sub-200ms latency
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and design reviews
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Lead migration of legacy monoliths to serverless architectures
- Collaborate with Product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in production-grade Java/Python development
- Expertise in AWS/Azure with Terraform infrastructure-as-code
- Strong background in distributed systems and database optimization
- Proven track record of shipping enterprise SaaS products
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Proficient with Git workflows and agile methodologies
