Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, high-performance backend services and frontend interfaces using modern frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define product requirements and deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, ensuring rigorous standards through code reviews and automated testing.
- Troubleshoot complex system issues, optimize application performance, and ensure 99.9% system uptime.
- Lead technical initiatives, mentor junior developers, and foster a culture of continuous learning within the team.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation within the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent years of experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on object-oriented design.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, Java, or Go.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and API design principles (REST, GraphQL).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
