Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions using modern technologies and best practices.
- Architect scalable systems that can handle millions of transactions with high availability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define features and technical specifications.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high standards of engineering excellence.
- Identify technical debt and drive refactoring efforts to improve system performance and maintainability.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and monitoring.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript, with deep experience in React or Node.js.
- Demonstrated experience building RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for mentoring others.
