Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using modern technologies (React, Node.js, Python).
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex technical issues, optimize application performance, and implement scalable solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and UX designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and contribute to the technical growth of the remote team.
- Testing & QA: Develop automated tests to ensure software reliability and security.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js (or Python/Java).
- Database: Strong experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and RESTful APIs.
- Tools: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and version control (Git).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
