Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain high-performance, scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Python).
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure the highest standards of quality.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Implement comprehensive unit and integration tests to guarantee system reliability.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues in a distributed environment.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups and sprint planning.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on full-stack development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and AWS or GCP cloud services.
- Experience with database management systems such as PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
- Strong understanding of software design patterns, API architecture, and RESTful services.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Experience mentoring junior developers is a plus.
