Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and backend technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, and QA) to define features and improve user experience.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices, code quality, and maintainability.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, including database tuning and API optimization.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-launch support.
- Identify technical debt and propose strategic solutions to modernize legacy systems.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Proficiency in front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of SQL databases and experience with NoSQL solutions (MongoDB, Redis).
- Demonstrated ability to write clean, well-documented, and testable code.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
