Responsibilities
- Architect and Develop: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance software solutions using modern programming languages.
- System Optimization: Analyze complex system bottlenecks and implement efficient algorithms to enhance application performance and user experience.
- Collaborative Innovation: Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure code quality and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Technical Leadership: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and best practices, providing technical guidance and strategic direction for engineering initiatives.
- Deployment & Maintenance: Manage CI/CD pipelines, automate deployment processes, and ensure 99.9% system uptime.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Java, Python, or C# and modern frameworks (Spring, .NET, or React).
- Database Skills: Strong experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL technologies (MongoDB, Redis).
- Cloud Mastery: Proven experience deploying and managing applications on AWS or Azure.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical and debugging skills with a focus on writing clean, testable, and maintainable code.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
