Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using Go and Python
- Optimize database queries and caching strategies for 99.99% uptime
- Lead CI/CD pipeline improvements using Jenkins and Terraform
- Mentor engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Architect solutions handling 10k+ RPS with sub-50ms latency
- Contribute to open-source projects used by 500+ companies
Qualifications
- 8+ years experience in distributed systems development
- Expertise in Go/Python with strong CS fundamentals
- Production AWS experience with EC2, S3, and Lambda
- Kubernetes and Docker orchestration mastery
- Experience leading technical projects from ideation to deployment
- Strong background in fintech or high-concurrency systems
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
