Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions that drive business growth.
- Lead architecture reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior developers and engineers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define feature requirements and user stories.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring low latency and high availability.
- Maintain and improve existing codebases, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of database management systems (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
