Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-scale, resilient software solutions for enterprise clients.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring low latency and high availability across all platforms.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Identify technical debt and architect refactoring strategies for long-term scalability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development using JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Strong proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
