Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions for high-traffic systems.
- Collaborate with product managers and QA teams to define feature requirements and user stories.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues during night operations to minimize downtime.
- Optimize application performance and ensure code quality through rigorous testing.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript and experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Must be willing and able to work the Night Shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
