Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues in a production environment to ensure 24/7 system availability.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps) during overlapping hours to align on project goals.
- Participate in code reviews and technical architecture discussions to drive continuous improvement.
- Conduct performance tuning and security audits to protect sensitive user data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on backend or full-stack development.
- Proficiency in languages such as Java, Python, C#, or Node.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Mandatory Requirement: Must be available to work the Night Shift schedule (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
