Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust software applications using modern programming languages.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to define feature requirements during evening sprints.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues in a 24/7 support environment.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code with a focus on performance and security.
- Participate in code reviews and technical architecture planning.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment.
- Conduct unit testing and integration testing to ensure code quality.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, Java, or C#.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Mandatory availability to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM EST).
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and database management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively in a remote-first team setting.
