Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect scalable software solutions and write clean, maintainable code using modern frameworks.
- Night Operations: Execute deployment pipelines, perform system maintenance, and resolve technical incidents during night hours to ensure 99.99% uptime.
- Code Quality: Conduct rigorous code reviews and implement best practices for testing, security, and performance.
- Collaboration: Partner with Product Managers and QA teams to define feature requirements and technical roadmaps.
- Troubleshooting: Debug complex issues in production environments and implement long-term fixes to prevent recurrence.
- Innovation: Research emerging technologies and propose solutions to improve system architecture and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go, along with strong experience in SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work night shifts (e.g., 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM EST) to support US/EU time zones.
- Infrastructure: Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration.
