Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions for our enterprise clients.
- Lead the night shift development cycle, ensuring critical deployments and bug fixes occur during low-traffic windows.
- Write clean, efficient, and scalable code in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Perform complex debugging and troubleshooting on legacy systems and new integrations.
- Collaborate with product managers and QA teams to define technical requirements and architecture.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to enforce best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Proven experience working in Night Shift environments or handling high-availability systems.
- Strong proficiency in at least two major programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C++, JavaScript).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must be willing to work flexible night schedules (e.g., 6 PM - 3 AM EST).
