What You'll Do
- Architect and implement scalable software solutions using modern technologies.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring 99.9% system uptime during critical operations.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to define feature specifications.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high code quality.
- Optimize application performance and security across distributed networks.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust backend services and APIs.
- Ensure data integrity and security within the database systems.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Provide technical leadership and support during the Night Shift coverage.
- Document technical architecture and processes for future maintenance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in at least two core languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#, Node.js).
- Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Mandatory: Must be available and willing to work the Night Shift schedule (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM EST).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
