Responsibilities

- Optimize CI/CD pipelines to support rapid, secure deployments across 24/7 environments
- Contribute to architectural decisions for our hybrid cloud infrastructure
- Document complex systems and create technical guides for cross-functional teams
- Participate in on-call rotation for critical system incidents during shift hours
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Go or Python
- Expertise in distributed systems, databases (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB), and message queues
- Proven track record of deploying cloud infrastructure at scale
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience in production debugging
- Experience with night shift or flexible-hour environments preferred
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
