Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance software applications using modern frameworks.
- Monitor system health and resolve critical technical issues during off-peak hours to guarantee 99.9% uptime.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver innovative features on time.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while conducting rigorous code reviews.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex bugs.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical culture of the night shift team.
- Participate in on-call rotations for system maintenance and emergency response.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Go.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
