Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using Python, Go, and AWS Lambda
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Jenkins and Kubernetes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on API development and testing
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Monitor system performance using Datadog and Grafana dashboards
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical documentation
- Implement security best practices (OAuth2, SAML, encryption)
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and databases

- Expertise in testing frameworks (Jest, PyTest, Selenium)
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience
