Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions for our 24/7 operational environment.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues during night shift hours to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define feature requirements and technical architecture.
- Conduct code reviews and contribute to the technical debt reduction strategy.
- Optimize application performance and scalability for high-traffic systems.
- Participate in on-call rotation for critical system incidents.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 4-6 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C++, or C#).
- Strong understanding of databases (SQL, NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively during night shifts and manage independent priorities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
