We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our growing team in Dallas, Texas. This is a Night Shift opportunity (10:00 PM - 7:00 AM) for a major enterprise client. Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Night Shift Operations: Monitor system performance and handle critical incidents during off-peak hours to ensure 24/7 availability.
- Code Review: Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers to maintain code quality and best practices.
- Debugging: Identify, isolate, and resolve complex software defects and performance bottlenecks.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, API specs, and architectural diagrams.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, Design) to define requirements and deliver features on time.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java, Python, or C#. Strong knowledge of SQL and database management systems.
- Shift Availability: Must be willing and able to work a Night Shift schedule.
- Relocation: Must be willing to relocate to Dallas, Texas (Relocation assistance provided).
- Tools: Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
