Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions for our 24/7 platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues during peak night hours.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior engineers.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including CI/CD pipelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python or Java (Backend focus).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Experience with PostgreSQL and Redis or similar databases.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a night shift environment.
