Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions for our core platforms.
- Debug and resolve complex production issues that arise during off-peak hours.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and improve system architecture.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior developers.
- Ensure application security and performance optimization.
- Participate in on-call rotation for critical night-shift support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript (React/Node.js preferred).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and database technologies (SQL/NoSQL).
- Must be available to work a rotating Night Shift schedule.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
