Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions for our night-ops infrastructure and global services.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues in real-time to ensure 99.9% system uptime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps) to define feature requirements and technical architecture.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and write comprehensive unit tests to ensure code quality and security.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and speed during high-traffic periods.
- Participate in on-call rotation and incident response to address production issues immediately.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a production environment.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, or C# and modern web frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Strong understanding of SQL, NoSQL databases, and Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently during night shifts.
