Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain secure, high-performance software applications and APIs.
- Monitor system health and troubleshoot critical issues during off-peak hours.
- Perform code reviews and optimize legacy systems for better performance.
- Collaborate with the night-shift team to implement DevOps best practices.
- Ensure data integrity and execute database backups and migrations safely.
- Document technical processes and create runbooks for incident response.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, or C# and experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Proven experience working in a night shift or rotating shift environment.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
