Responsibilities
- Architect and develop high-performance, scalable software solutions designed for 24/7 uptime.
- Collaborate closely with the night shift operations team to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Maintain and optimize existing codebases, ensuring security and efficiency during off-peak hours.
- Participate in code reviews and technical planning sessions to drive engineering excellence.
- Monitor system performance metrics and implement proactive measures to prevent downtime.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in a full-stack or backend environment.
- Proven ability to work rotating night shifts or experience in 24/7 operational environments.
- Strong proficiency in languages such as Java, Python, C#, or Go.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
