Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions for our equities trading platforms and backend services.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues during night operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define feature requirements and architectural improvements.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high standards.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and data integrity across all environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, preferably in the finance or fintech sector.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or C++.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
