Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in backend development (Java/Python)
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and Kubernetes
- Proven track record with CI/CD (Jenkins/GitLab)
- Strong understanding of distributed systems design
- Experience leading code reviews and architectural decisions
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent
