Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices using Java/Spring Boot and Python
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Collaborate with global teams on AWS/GCP infrastructure deployments
- Mentor junior engineers through virtual pair programming sessions
- Conduct 24/7 incident response for production systems
- Automate monitoring solutions using Prometheus and Grafana
- Participate in agile ceremonies across multiple time zones
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in backend development with Java/Python
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and container orchestration
- Proven CI/CD pipeline implementation experience
- Strong background in microservices architecture
- Previous night shift or rotational shift experience preferred
- Relevant certifications (AWS/Azure, Kubernetes) a plus
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in virtual teams
