Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-availability microservices using Java/Spring Boot on AWS
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for 24/7 deployment cycles
- Own real-time transaction processing systems with 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Architect secure RESTful APIs with OAuth 2.0 and JWT integrations
- Optimize database performance for distributed PostgreSQL clusters
- Conduct post-incident analysis and implement preventive measures
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience building production-grade Java applications
- Expertise in cloud architectures (AWS/GCP) with Terraform
- Proficient with Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins
- Strong background in financial systems or high-volume transaction processing
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- ISTQB/CTFL certification preferred
- Proven ability to deliver complex projects in agile environments
