Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather raw data from various sources, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness before analysis.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform quantitative analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within the data sets.
- Visualization: Create clear, concise, and impactful data visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Reporting: Develop regular performance reports and dashboards that track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical tasks.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas where data analysis can optimize business processes and recommend data-driven solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: No prior professional experience required. Recent graduates or career changers with strong academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and familiarity with SQL basics is highly desirable.
