Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices architecture for high-throughput financial APIs
- Lead incident response during off-peak hours with 15-minute SLA
- Optimize database performance for 24/7 global transaction processing
- Mentor junior engineers through virtual code reviews and pair programming
- Automate deployment pipelines using Kubernetes and Terraform

- Collaborate with APAC/EU teams during handover periods
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in distributed systems development
- Expertise in Java/Python and cloud-native architecture (AWS/Azure)
- Proven track record of on-call rotation experience

- Strong background in financial technology or SaaS platforms
