Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices architecture using Java and Python
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for nightly deployments and system monitoring
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex production issues
- Develop secure APIs and cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP platforms
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Drive DevOps automation for infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of production software development in distributed systems
- Expertise in Java, Python, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and CI/CD tools
- Strong problem-solving skills in high-pressure scenarios
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
