Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable microservices for enterprise-grade cloud applications
- Lead incident response for critical production systems during night shift hours
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines for 24/7 deployment reliability
- Collaborate with global teams during handover periods
- Drive innovation in observability and automated testing frameworks
- Document technical specifications and system architecture
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in distributed systems development
- Expert proficiency in Go and/or Python with cloud-native patterns
- Deep understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS services
- Proven track record of debugging complex production issues
- Strong experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Excellent written communication for async collaboration
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
