Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance software systems and microservices.
- Development: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements and user stories.
- Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations to ensure application speed and reliability.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and contribute to the team's technical standards and best practices.
- Testing: Drive the adoption of automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and rigorous quality assurance processes.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Manage and deploy applications on cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on backend or full-stack development.
- Language Proficiency: Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.
- Frameworks: Experience with modern frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js, Django, Spring Boot).
- Database: Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
- Cloud: Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
