Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, and other engineers) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and security.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues to ensure system stability.
- Conduct performance tuning, optimization, and refactoring of existing codebases.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical growth of the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on Python or JavaScript.
- Proficiency in building RESTful APIs and working with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
